Since our services—video editing, graphics, and voice-overs—are purely digital, there is no physical shipping or “returns.” We deliver all projects electronically according to the specific requirements provided at the start of the project.
Our Quality Process:
- Initial Edit: We produce your project based on your original brief and instructions.
- Review Draft: Once finished, we will send you a low-resolution preview version. This is for you to verify that everything is correct and meets your requirements.
- Corrections: If there is a technical glitch, a mistake in the voice-over, or an error on our part, we will correct it immediately to ensure the final product is perfect.
- Final Export: Once you approve the preview, we export the final version at high resolution to your required specifications and send it to you ready for upload.
Payment Terms
All projects must be paid in full at the time of purchase via our secure PayPal checkout. Work will commence once the full payment has been processed and confirmed. For subscription-based or recurring packages, payments are automatically processed at the start of each billing cycle.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final delivery and full payment, FilmingAds grants you full intellectual property rights for the final produced material. This includes all editing work, extra materials, AI-generated footage, and AI graphics created specifically for your project, unless otherwise stated in your project brief or contract.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
At FilmingAds, we respect your privacy and the sensitive nature of your project materials. All client data, raw footage, and project briefs are treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request to provide additional legal security for your intellectual property and business information.
Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of digital media and the time invested in editing and production, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. We are committed to correcting any errors made during the production process to ensure your final file is exactly what was agreed upon in the project brief.
